Refund Policy
At Esthetica by Dr.Shangavi, we strive to provide exceptional service and training to all our clients and students. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy outlined below:
Services
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your PMU service.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued after services have been rendered.
Trainings
If a student is unable to attend the masterclass on the scheduled starting date due to personal or health reasons, the following refund policy applies:
Cancellation Charge: If a student cancels their enrollment in the masterclass, a cancellation charge equivalent to 10% of the total training fee will be applied. These cancellation charges are implemented to compensate for all pre-arrangements and planning undertaken by the academy.
Option to Join Future Masterclass: The student retains the option to join a future masterclass by paying the remaining charges applicable at that time.
Refunds are subject to the above conditions and are implemented to ensure fairness to both students and the academy.
